This is my flagship workshop designed to help align your leadership team around the best opportunities to maximize Learner Lifetime Value, and a lifelong learning strategy that drives enrollment and revenue growth. This is a facilitated three-day workshop where we work through each of the five components of your Learner Lifetime Value strategy and translate those decisions into a clear case for why learners should keep choosing your institution across their lives.
This framework is grounded in a decade of lifelong learning leadership, including market research, growth strategy, strategic planning, program development, business model redesign, and implementation and operations.
